The reason I don’t have a law in my country that I like, it is really hard to choose some law but I don’t find any law in my country relevant and obvious. So I decided to talk about a new law that was introduced in Turkey in 2011. I really like that law and I think we also need that law in my country in Kazakhstan. So the law is that a nation, people can choose their mayors of their regions. So it is also a common thing that people choose their presidents of the whole country. But in Kazakhstan we never have chosen our mayors of the regions. So it is really hard and we find that totally unwise. And when we knew about a new law in Turkey we really were excited and we were passionate about to introduce this law in our country also. But I have also little changes that I would like to introduce. It is that we have a little region and also if it is a little city, a little town, it will not have a big amount of people there. So they cannot choose their mayors. It will not be relevant, it will not suck the stability. So only the little regions mayors will choose by a president or a parliament. And I really love this law and I firmly believe that this law will help a government structure and will enhance stability.
