In Indonesia, I think there's a diverse range of preferences when it comes to films. Many people love American films because of the omnipresent marketing and advertising, as well as the high quality value of blockbuster movies and Hollywood. But local films also hold a special place in the hearts of Indonesians, especially with their cultural relevance in the storytelling of the film. So I think there's a balanced appreciation for both American films and local films.
