In my country, the unemployment rate is very high; it's almost 30%. So I wouldn't say that people are able to start looking for small companies or big companies; it depends on where they can get a job. Because of the unemployment rate, they are not very selective. There are only a few people in authority who I would say are selective about where they want to work. Most people are looking for survival, so if they get a job in a big company, I feel it's a plus for them. The majority of them end up working in small companies. That's what is happening generally in my country. I believe that maybe in the near future, things might change for the better. Most of them have even engaged in having a private company that operates online, doing business online, and that has also helped a lot in at least meeting their daily needs. Thank you.
