Well, I would say that people in my country would like to work in big companies like the oil companies, financial banks, and some private companies that are quite large, like steel state companies. But the issue is that they are hard to get; they do not only give employment to people who are highly connected, and that has had a detrimental effect in Nigeria. If you don't really know people, getting jobs in those areas is very difficult, irrespective of your qualifications. Because of that, many people have turned to looking for jobs in small companies. At least they can grow their careers there before they start looking for big companies. Additionally, they have also turned to having businesses online to help them with their day-to-day needs.
