In my country, there are two types of good drivers and bad drivers. The good drivers are those who follow the red lights and all traffic rules and signals. They also control their speeds. The bad drivers are those who do not follow the rules of the traffic. Sometimes they lack skills and cannot control every situation they face. So I think most of them are good at driving.
