To be honest, both of options are really important because if you do a lot of exercises but you eat more colourful food, it’s not good for your health. So you must be in one tent, you eat healthily and do exercises. But if you want to just stay fit, it’s important to exercise in the morning when you work up. Not like an extremely exercise.
