So right now I'm living in a flat because I have actually lived in a flat since early childhood, I guess since I was three. I live in the center of the city. I really like the fact that the windows of our flat are on the sunny side, so it's really bright in here, and I really like the vibe. Also, I can say that our flat is pretty big because it's just over 100 square meters. My favorite room in my home is actually my room, just because it's where I do everything. I sleep here, I study here, and all my necessary stuff is here.

Pronunciation

7.5

Your pronunciation is quite good. Working on consistency and tackling difficult sounds may enhance clarity.

Task Response

The response is well-organized and covers all aspects of the question. Consider expanding on what you enjoy about the 'vibe' of your apartment and providing more detail about your favorite room and the activities you undertake there. More descriptive language would enhance the response.

Fluency & Coherence

The answer is coherent and well-structured. The pacing is good, and there is a natural flow between the parts of the answer. Minor improvements could be made by slightly reducing the number of fillers like "I guess" and "actually" for a more polished delivery. The response directly addresses all parts of the question.

Lexical Resource

The vocabulary used is appropriate and accurate. Words like "vibe" are used effectively. More sophisticated vocabulary could be incorporated to demonstrate a wider range, for example, instead of "pretty big," consider using "spacious" or "generous in size." The language is precise and conveys the meaning clearly.

Grammatical Range & Accuracy

The grammar is mostly accurate and the range of structures is good. There are a few minor grammatical imperfections, such as the slightly awkward phrasing in the last sentence. The use of complex sentences is appropriate, and the grammar is mostly error-free. Minor improvements in sentence structure would elevate the response.

Where is your hometown? What do you like most about it? Has your hometown changed over the years? Do you think you will live there in the future?

My hometown is a peace and loving environment full of vegetation and this is because most of the natives are predominantly farmers. My hometown features a 24 hour electricity supply that was made possible through so many installations of solar panels by the local government. I plan to live in my hometown for quite a […]
