As for me, working during your studies is a good way to develop your skills and prepare for the future job market. I'm pretty sure that your job and your first work make you stronger, and a person can develop skills like problem solving and communication, and can face different kinds of people and find better ways to interact with them. As for me, the earlier you start work, the better you will be as a professional, and eventually you can get a more highly paid job because you have more opportunities and more valuable skills that a lot of employers enjoy and validate. And it's a really good skill to combine work and study because you can eventually manage all of these, which is really important for your schedule.
