As you can see, most players are striving for the goal of being in each game. They seek to have a better performance during their games and actually their coach postures them to be successful in their competition. What promotes them to be the roles of each play and play much more ethically is that their culture. I mean, it’s much more important than being just a winner in the play. I truly appreciate the effort of some coaches that in addition to focusing on just performance of their players, their students, they also focus on their morality to achieve a better ethical value and this is a fundamental aspect and cornerstone for each competition and actually for in human nature.
