Yes, definitely. I think it’s a must. Without dancing or having music, what is the point of having a party? What is the point of celebrating? I do think it’s a form of releasing stress and anxiety, sharing joy, happiness. On top of that, I think playing music and shaking your body may create an electric atmosphere. So everyone involved in a party would enjoy the real atmosphere of the party, I’d imagine. For example, some people like the music to blast out from their high-five while holding a party and gathering together with their friends and family in order to make some joyful and memorable moments by dancing and shaking their body. So, yes, I think they are really important and inseparable parts of parties and festivals.
