Well, I don't think I've spent an excessive amount of time on social media. I use it to keep in touch with friends and acquaintances, but I don't see myself as being hooked on it. On average, I allocate about an hour and a half to social networking sites, and I tend to gravitate towards conventional platforms like Facebook or YouTube, instead of more trendy ones like Instagram or TikTok, which I guess might be more engaging.
