Unfortunately, I do get stuck on social media platforms a lot nowadays, particularly on Instagram and Telegram, with Instagram being the main culprit. I don't know the reason entirely, but it definitely affects my mood and behavior. After watching some Instagram reels and scrolling on the internet, I feel drained of energy and unmotivated to study. That's why I need to break this habit in order to engage in a more productive daily life.
