We have to maintain the home that required much uh fun on uh yearly basis as far as we talk about that can utilize huge amount of electricity as well as water. So we have to pay some extravant money in the bills as ah in India uh people are not earning much amount of money uh so they are not able to invest on such types of wheels. So people used to prefer uh in a smaller house. Sometimes some people prefer to live in apartments. Um however there are five to 10% people in India want a bigger house. They can uh feel luxurious whenever come to homes. They want to build a uh customized garden in front of homes. Because uh in recent times people are filled with anxiety and stre so they can go there and uh reduce their anxiety as well as they can customize their home expert their choices.
