From our perspectives, different generations see the meaning of success differently. To elaborate, elderly people place importance on high-profile careers and tangible successes such as awards or job positions. On the other hand, younger generations tend to prioritize their level of happiness and quality of life instead of success in their career paths. The reason behind this gap, I think, is the changes in culture over time. Thank you.
