Art is really encouraged in my country. All forms of art are practiced and appreciated. However, people in my country actually prefer music over art. India is a musical country with many musicians and various musical forms. Traditional art forms in my country mainly include dance arts like Kathakali, Kuchipudi, and Kathak. Traditional art forms like sculpting and painting are also present. Art has changed significantly in the past few decades in our country. The art form has modernized, moving from traditional to modern expressions, with stage performances increasing and gaining more importance than home arts. Children should be taught art education, and in most schools, there is some allocation for art education. This is essential for their development. Learning about art can enhance creativity, critical thinking, and cultural awareness, which are important skills for children. Overall, I believe the government should provide support for art and cultural activities.
