Well, in my experience, Vietnamese people, all the Vietnamese people realize that this international language shows if we don't want to be left behind by other countries, we have to be fluent in this language. And, you know, in economics, the economy, the world can have many meanings and can be viewed in different contexts. What is more clear than in English? Speaking in English shows that many people use English for global communications as a perfect means of communication between countries around the world. It's easy to understand why English is a global language, and putting your children at a disadvantage by not teaching them English is not a reasonable choice when considering the importance of English.
