I think that it's really important to stay in contact with friends because friendship is a mutual relationship. You have to develop staying in contact with the person that you're friends with and love. This makes you care about your friends, and at the same time, it can improve your relationship with them, discovering other perspectives of their characters and things about them that you didn't know. And yeah, I think that is really, really important.
