For me, it's very important to stay connected with my family and friends because they are the most important people in my life. They support me, help me, and give me love. I can help them as well. They love me, and I also love them. So, it's one of the most important things to stay connected with not only family and friends, but with all people. However, staying connected with them is the most important thing.
