In one hand, working from home might reduce the face-to-face communication with colleges, which includes work isolation. The person cannot speak with colleges and this person cannot work with team work teams. and people may miss casual conversation or social activities that usually happen in offices. Also, hands-on work can allow individuals to spend more time in their lock-up, communicate with their own families, and working in home may be much more comfortable the person who cannot communicate with others and it’s more like positively which people introvert not extrovert. As an introvert person it might be a hard for to work with team and with other people that’s why remote working is the best option for them.
