In my opinion, the growing prevalence of remote work can have both positive and negative effects. On one hand, working from home might reduce face-to-face communication with colleagues, which can lead to work isolation. A person cannot speak with colleagues, and this person cannot work with teams. People may miss casual conversations or social activities that usually happen in offices. Also, remote work can allow individuals to spend more time in their homes, communicate with their families, and working from home may be much more comfortable for those who cannot communicate with others. This is more positive for introverts than extroverts. As an introverted person, it might be hard to work with teams and other people; that's why remote working is the best option for them.
