Frankly speaking, it depends on my confidence and also the conditions that I face. Personally, I would say that I often take a break when I'm prepared to do my homework or I'm preparing for the next exam because I have a technique called the Pomodoro method. You work hard focusing on your studies, and then you should take a break for 5 or 10 minutes. During that time, I'm surfing Instagram and chatting with my friends because they always give me advice.
