Well, I want to speak about formal education. I think formal education is very important. It is valuable in my country because there are a lot of schools, colleges, and universities that use formal education. Students pass exams and do some practical work. So, if we speak about the qualities of a good teacher, I think good teachers have to be quiet and kind. They have to really love their job. And if we speak about the qualities of a good student, students have to be involved in the study process and love what they learn.
