That’s an interesting question. From my perspective, communities can, along with local people, to grow their own community. For example, if someone becomes a single mother, local people can support them to spend life, more safety and efficiency. For example, other others, if they become a facing a poverty, other people can support money to gain safety life. As a result, people can help each other and this attitude improved their community.
