One of the most common issues is the lack of communication between workers. When workers don't interact with each other, it makes them feel a bit isolated. This is not a great thing because I have experienced this in my previous workplace, which was in the online marketing sphere. Nobody was kind or friendly, and they didn't want to ask about your life. Their main focus was on the job, which sometimes felt very boring and exhausting. I truly didn't enjoy the work process and didn't get a sense of job satisfaction, which negatively affected my performance and productivity. This is why young people should improve their communication skills and be more sociable, as it's very important in today's workforce.

One of the most common issues is like of communication between the workers because when every worker is don’t interact with each other which makes them to feel a bit isolated and you know this is not a very great thing because I have already experienced experience in my previous workplace which was an online work in sphere of marketing and you know nobody was so kind and friendly and they didn’t want to ask you about you’re alive like their main point was about the job which sometimes feels very boring and exhausting and yes I truly didn’t enjoy the process of work and didn’t get a kind of job satisfaction which badly affected on my performance in the job and yes and on my productivity also you know there is why younger should improve their communication skills and should be more sociable because it’s very important recently
