Many young people are addicted to watching Reels, Instagram, or YouTube, and in that way, they are comparing themselves to others on social media. Many young people watch Reels, like lifestyle content and people's success stories, and then they try so hard to be perfect. They also try to gain many certificates to secure a well-paid job.
