In my opinion, this is one of the major issues all over the world. For example, most companies hire those who have a degree, not those who are skilled. I think balance is needed. Pronunciation

Your pronunciation is above average. However, you may find complexity in certain words challenging. Regular practice should aid in improvement.

Task Response

The response addresses the question but could benefit from a broader range of strategies and more detailed explanations. Providing specific examples and elaborating on the mechanisms through which these strategies promote inclusion and reduce inequality would strengthen the answer.

Fluency & Coherence

The answer is somewhat coherent but contains some hesitations and self-corrections ('sustainable disabilities, friendly, sustainable disabilities, friendly'). The organization of ideas is basic. To improve, try to structure your answer more clearly, perhaps by outlining a few key strategies and then elaborating on each.

Lexical Resource

The vocabulary is adequate but lacks precision. Using 'sustainable abilities, friendly' is vague. Try to use more specific and varied vocabulary related to social inclusion and equality. For example, instead of 'skill person,' use 'skilled worker' or 'qualified individual.'

Grammatical Range & Accuracy

The grammar contains errors, such as 'one who has a skill person' and awkward phrasing. While the overall meaning is understandable, accuracy needs improvement. Focus on using correct articles (a/an/the) and ensuring subject-verb agreement. For example, 'most companies hire those who have a degree, not those who are skilled.'
