Band 7+: In your opinion, what role should governments play in regulating the food industry to promote healthier eating habits?

Your pronunciation is quite good. Working on consistency and tackling difficult sounds may enhance clarity.

The response addresses the question by suggesting financial support and building specialized factories. To improve, consider expanding on the types of regulations governments could implement beyond financial support. Providing specific examples of healthy products and elaborating on how these measures would effectively promote healthier eating habits would also strengthen the answer.

The response is generally coherent, with a clear opinion stated at the beginning. The ideas are logically connected, but could benefit from more sophisticated cohesive devices to enhance the flow. Consider using a wider range of linking words and phrases to connect your ideas more smoothly.

The vocabulary is adequate for the task, but there's room for improvement in terms of precision and variety. While words like 'financial support' and 'specialize' are appropriate, try to incorporate more specific and nuanced vocabulary related to the food industry and healthy eating. For example, instead of 'healthy products,' you could use terms like 'nutrient-rich foods' or 'whole foods.'

The grammar is mostly accurate, with only minor errors that do not impede understanding. There's a good use of simple and complex sentences. However, to achieve a higher score, focus on using a wider range of grammatical structures with consistent accuracy. For instance, try incorporating conditional sentences or more complex relative clauses.
