Definitely not. In my opinion business people are also humans. They need that work-life balance to live a happy and stress-free life so they don’t have to work every second of the day to get their job done. They can manage it in the day and take rest at night. It doesn’t mean they have to work late night to get all their works to be completed. Instead they can form a team in their company and all the tasks can be split up among the members so that every one of the team members can handle any one of the jobs so that they can not only finish the work quicker but it also saves a lot of time and money. It is one of the most efficient options for them to complete the work. It also lets them spend some time for themselves and for their family so they can enjoy some quality time with their friends and family. And business people even though they have lots of work to do so much of burden and so much of other things to take care of they have to learn to manage every single thing. They have to schedule their tasks for the day and complete it one by one with short breaks in between so that they can boost up themselves during those breaks. They can also take some short breaks during the weeks and go for vacations and trips with their friends which will not only clear up their mind it will also give them the clarity to work better during the weekdays. So these are some of the things that I would suggest to a business person to prevent working late night. So it is not mandatory for these people to work for long hours. They can work during the day as we humans do and they can take rest at night if they are determined to schedule their tasks and work accordingly.
