From my perspective, salary is not the most important factor when finding a job. People should also consider company culture and working conditions. If the salary is high, but the working conditions are really harsh, it can negatively impact people's mental or even physical health. For example, in Japan, salaries are considered really high, but every year a lot of people die from overworking, and a special term was created called Karoshi. So when choosing a job, the salary is not the main point to focus on.
