I don't think so. Money is part of it, but not the most important thing in choosing a job. One of the vital aspects of having this kind of job is your skills and your passion. If you're good at it and you have the passion for doing it and you love it, there's no problem in getting a job. You don't really worry about the income because even if the salary is not that big, you love it. Employees tend to stay with that particular company because they love it. Other things that matter in acquiring the job are the skills. If you are very skillful and you have the talent, then this is not really a problem. Getting that particular job requires both passion and talent.
