I don’t think so. Money is part of it, but not entirely the important thing in choosing a job. Because one of the vital in having this kind of job is your skills and your passion. If you’re good at it and you have the passion in doing it and you love it, there’s no problem in getting a job. And you don’t really worry enough for the income because despite the salary is not that big but you love it. So employee tend to stay with that particular company because he loves it. So other things that matter in acquiring the job is the skills. So if you are very skillful and you have the talent. So this is nothing really a problem. So getting that particular job really requires passion as well as talent.
