I totally agree with the statement that schools should teach students how to respond to natural disasters and how to be prepared for them. If the schools don't, students, especially kids, will be panicked and frantic. So it may have such bad consequences as losing their lives, be it panic and so on. So I guess that especially schools which are located in seismically active zones should teach students how to respond to natural disasters in the right way.
