A couple of years ago, I and my friends went to Montterier resort uh, on the way, uh. It almost did that we are got so. So hungry. And so we take a bro we take a break e rest. Well known restaurant uh. There we order a pizza. But uh. It take too long time. So we complain several times to a wa. And the behavior of waer is very harsh and unsatisfying. So eventually I complain to a manager. Manager come eventually the interal. And suddenly I complained to the managers. So uh. And he told me that the shape of the pizza is unavailable. And uh. He offer, uh. A great discount. The authorities, other expensiveities. So we order uh. Other expensive thing, other expensive dis and we have a beautiful uh, lunch, uh, beautiful dinner take day that we have to play less for um. Suchch expansensive things. So that is the result, uh, that is the outcome of the complaint that I made made in the restaurant.

I'm not the type of person who likes to complain a lot. But I do remember a specific event that forced me to speak up. A couple of years ago, my friends and I went to Monterey for a vacation. On the way, we got incredibly hungry and decided to stop at a well-known restaurant for a break. We ordered a pizza, but it took an incredibly long time to arrive. We complained several times to the waiter, but his response was rude and unhelpful. Eventually, I decided to speak to the manager. He came over and explained that the type of pizza we ordered was unavailable. To make up for the inconvenience, he offered us a significant discount on other items on the menu. We ended up ordering something more expensive and had a wonderful meal, paying much less than we expected. That was the outcome of my complaint at the restaurant. It taught me that sometimes, speaking up can lead to a positive resolution, even if it seems like a daunting task at first.
