Well, I’m not really much into complaining about something unless it is very necessary. I had like to talk about a recent experience where my team and I face a challenge with a member who was not actively participating in in our group project. This situation was quite stressful but in the end it led to a positive outcome. We are working on a GU project and everyone was contributing. Expect for one team member she was not participating in discussions, not what she is helping with that task. This was frustrating because the rest of us are working hard and her lack of involvement was showing us down. After trying to encourage her without success, we decided to raise the issue with our reviewer. We explained how her lack of participation was affecting our progress. The reviewer understood our cons concerns and sp to her privately about the situation. After the conversation she appized to the team and committed to being more involved. From um that point on she became much more active in the project. Her contribution significantly improved and we know this posused to change in her happitude. However, there was an interesting pr on that day we are supposed to meet our project. She was not at college college but initially told us she was not on campus. It seemed like she was trying to avoid the meeting. Eventually, after some perssuasion, she admitted she was there and joined the meeting. This was a bit surprising, but showed that she still needed some encouragement. In the end, the situation taught us a valuable lesson about teamwork and communication. Addressing issues directly helped us resolve the problem and work better to experience. Also highlighted that sometimes people need a little push to get back on track and with the right support they can possibly contribute to this version.
