I had like to talk about the recent experience where my team and I have face the situation with the member who is in our team. With the member is in our team. Uh, the situation is quite stressful because she is not even particip ##ating actively and she’s avoiding the all the tas water which the t allocated to her and she’s avoiding the group discussions also. From time to time we are doing her tasks also. But some point of view, we got much more stressed and we raised our voice with her, please do the things correctly. And she’s still avoiding the past and reason, uh, somehow she was telling, uh, another reason. And then we got we release our voice in front of the reviewer who is also guide to the project. After meeting the guide, and after meeting the guide, the guide has personal meeting with the member of which is, uh, who is in our being. After talking to her, after talking to her, then she’s activ actually participating in our team and she’s activ actually participating in her in our team, and she is doing her task very goodly.
