So my favorite dish is che puje. It’s called che puje. It’s from Senegal. The first time I ate it was in my mother’s house and I love it since. I can eat it now when I go back in France and visit my mom. So I’m asking her every time to cook it if she wants to. But it’s a quite long meal to do. So sometimes she’s tired and my sister can do it for us and you can enjoy it. Some of my friends really, really love it. Every time I go in France they’re asking me to ask my mom to cook it. Then we can all eat it and share it together. Why do I love this one more than others? Probably because it’s from my country of Senegal. And it’s different in Senegal because some people like it with fish. Some others like it with meat. So it’s kind of different. But for me the best one is rice, vegetables, fish and spice. And it’s really, really good. If you go in Senegal one day you should try it. But you can also try it in London. There is Senegal is West Africa.
