And other people think this is very healthy food because it is made of health vegetables without any additional unhealthy food. And you can afford it with any mind because vegetables are extremely cheap in Russia. Also I prefer this dish to other food because it makes me feel at home when I eat it. Because for me it is a symbol of home, it is a symbol of family because my parents cooked this dish. Their parents cooked the posh and my whole family cooked this posh. And when we bring up on the table with this dish I remember my old childhood and I feel my roots and my family.
