So we are a group of software engineers and in our team, she is the one who leads it. Last month I observed this when we had a task from a stakeholder and we had to create this website in about one month. Then she was the one who took this responsibility, this huge responsibility and decided to work on the backend from scratch. And I was astonished to find out that she was able to complete the backend code within two weeks. If I would have to picture a work calling person, then she would be the one. She is the best in her job. And not only that, in case there are some bugs or issues that are running in the production, she is the go-to person. For example, last week only there was a bug regarding the video sessions and this was on the weekend. A message was sent on the group by the Ops team and she was the first to get on her laptop and solve this bug so that the clients can have a bug-free experience. So I am fortunate enough to have such a person as my lead so that I can learn and someday become like her. Thank you.
