I think social media influences people's views of reality a lot. Many people only see the good parts of others' lives, like holidays, achievements, and other things. Because of that, they may start to think that everyone is better than them. Also, social media shows fake pictures, like edited ones, which are not true. When people see that every day, they might believe that false standards are normal. I believe social media has a strong impact on people, sometimes in a negative way, especially when they compare themselves too much to others, like influencers.
