I think it's a double-edged sword because there are both advantages and disadvantages to this. Society should prioritize economic growth while also protecting our environment at the same time. Economic growth can be crucial for our government budgets, but our environment can significantly affect our daily lifestyles. If the environment deteriorates, our daily lives can also worsen, you know?
