Well, in my perspective, both are essential. Economic growth is important, while environmental protection is also vital for a sustainable future. For example, economic growth may involve investing in industries. Industries, during their production, emit smoke, which could be harmful to the environment. It could impact people's health. So, in my opinion, we should pursue both economic growth and be aware of the hazards from industries, and therefore protect the environment. It should not be about prioritizing one over the other. It should be about maintaining a fine balance between the two. As much as we are trying to invest in industries and promote more manufacturing, we should also be aware of the waste that comes from them. This waste could be injurious, dangerous, and detrimental to the health of people and the environment.
