To be honest, I do not believe that formal education prepares individuals for the complexities of modern life. It does help you in some ways, but overall it has very little impact on people's lives. For modern life, you have to acquire other skills besides formal education. You have to learn other languages and some of the most useful and effective skills that are in high demand in the market worldwide.
