Yeah, this is an interesting topic overall. I would say that yeah, it has definitely changed from, let’s say, when my parents were young. Of course social media didn’t exist back then, and they usually got their perspectives and opinions from other people through maybe radio or TV or newspapers and I think today at least for young people and they are very easily influenced by what they see online and that can definitely be a dangerous thing since of course there has been some reports regarding different political parties trying to actively influence the mind of young people and I mean in the end swing their vote one way or the other. And I think social media plays a huge role here. And it definitely needs to be something that needs to be discussed and used correctly. I think a part of that is definitely that schools have to be able to teach young students about source criticism. making sure that the sources that they’re viewing are actually unbiased. So the students are aware that there are bias thoughts out there.
