I do believe that the education system in some aspects prepares young people for the challenges in the modern world While a lot of people have said that what they’ve learned in school or in university does not quite really apply to what they’ve been experiencing at work I feel like there are more dimensions to it For example, I personally believe that the skills that I’ve developed from the education system matters more than the knowledge I’ve received. These skills such as teamwork, how to handle people, how to respond in a social situation, I feel like those aspects are they actually become more and more important in the modern workplace since we are overall a social human being and we are we do need to possess the skills that to socialize with other people and how to handle people clearly but of course I am speaking from my personal experience having gone through the education system but also have experienced the modern workplace

For example, I personally believe that the skills I've developed from the education system matter more than the knowledge I've received. These skills, such as teamwork, how to handle people, and how to respond in a social situation, are becoming increasingly important in the modern workplace. Since we are overall social beings, we need to possess the skills to socialize with others and handle interpersonal relationships clearly. Of course, I am speaking from my personal experience of having gone through the education system while also experiencing the modern workplace.
