So, nowadays education systems are developing, and more people use them. But I think not only do these types of systems, but also extracurricular activities can improve children's confidence and self-esteem. In other words, they prepare students for the challenges of the modern world and also the real world because in education systems they only use books and materials in words. However, in extracurricular activities such as cooking, training, swimming, playing basketball, volleyball, or skating, these activities can improve their preparation for reality. If they learn how to cook, for example, they may use these recipes.

In other words, they prepare students for the challenges of modern world and also real world because in education systems they only use books and materials just in words and in books but in exactly curricular activities such cooking training swimming or playing basketball volleyball or skating and such activities can improve their preparation for the reality because if they learn how to cook and just for girls they may use these this recipe
