Nowadays, in contemporary society, social media has become an essential part of our lives. On platforms like Instagram or TikTok, we see influencers every day persuading us to buy things or showcasing their success after success, which creates unrealistic expectations, especially for the younger generation. When they see real life, which is harder than the beautiful views on social media, they feel depressed or guilty. Additionally, it can lead to procrastination because they lose their motivation. However, social media can also influence us in a useful way by providing motivation to expand our horizons. It depends on the situation, but mostly for the younger generation, it influences them negatively, especially because it causes addiction.

Nowadays, nowadays in contemporary society social media become an essential part for our life and in social media such as Instagram or TikTok we everyday see influencers who are persuading us to buy things or towards their success after success, which caused unrealistic expectation, especially for young generation in addition, when they see the real life, which harder than beautiful view in social media, they felt they are still depressed or they felt guilty, by the way, it’s also caused to procrastination because they lose their motivation. But sometimes social media influence in useful way to give for us motivation to expand our horizon so it depends from situation but mostly for young generation it’s influenced in bad way especially because it’s cause addiction
