If individual lifestyle affects or impacts the environment, they should be held accountable even if it involves involving authorities. Because once you start impacting your life, your life choices start impacting the environment. It means you’re not only living there. These animals, they are people, they are neighbors, they are society, they are children who live there. So, choices that once made does not only impact them, but it also impact the people in the society. And an environment is a very sacred, I believe is a very sacred place because environment helps, leads to how a child grows. So if my action can make a child or a small child, can affect a small child, how that person, can help their small child can reason, how can he retaliate. So yes, someone’s lifestyle choice affects the environment and they should be held accountable at every time, because it not only involves them, but it involves every person in the society.
