Well, this question is very interesting. I think to teach students in school how to have emotional intelligence is very important in this period, especially this time of the world, like everything going for us and we all connect through the social media a lot. That’s why it’s come to people to compare themselves with others easily and they didn’t see themselves as good at their sport actually. So it’s cool to have the medium or some subject that his students how to be emotional intelligent or how to connect with themselves in a good way, in a healthy way of their mental health. It would be good for them to live closely and live to be themselves more wholeheartedly and that will be good to their emotional and you know like heart and physical health is connected to each other so it will be, overall it will be both for mental health and physical health.
