Well, I would definitely say that the biggest disadvantage of increased automation in different industries is that many people can be replaced by these digital tools, and they will lose their jobs. They will lose their only source of livelihood, which can be dangerous for them. I think this can be addressed by using other effective digital tools, but also by providing opportunities for employees so they can earn money and remain valuable to the company.
