Well, thanks to advanced technology in various fields, most work has turned into automation, which has huge benefits for companies and their staff. I mean the workforce, because the work becomes more productive and easier for the workers. It can be faster without interruptions. If the work runs through automation, the robots and machines can operate without stopping, unlike human workers. This transition can lead to increased efficiency and output. Overall, automation presents significant advantages, but we must also consider how to support workers during this change.

Well, thanks to technology and like advanced technology and other fields, most of works turned into automation and it has huge benefits for the company and also their stuff.
