So when you are too reliant on these technology, for example, if you don’t talk to your parents in person but you only text them via the phone and only like sending like text every two three days, once every two three days, it would, you know the text messages cannot convey emotions and it would you know make the relationship between you and your parents become distant. One more example is that if you apply like too much technology in trying to communicate to your audience, for example if you’re like an organization want to sell something and you only use like social media to communicate with them and like you can never listen from them and you can never really understand the insights your customer is needing so being to rely in solely on technology is rather do you more harm than good yeah that’s my opinion
