From my perspective, I truly believe that it depends on the individual. But if I had to pick one, I would choose face-to-face interactions for some benefits. In online communication, you don't really know what kind of person you are dealing with. When you talk to someone face to face, you can understand their body language, jokes, and words, which define their behavior and character. You have to start questioning why online communication is increasing because, online, people can be kind, but in real life, their masks slip and fall off, which is something we cannot ignore. In one word, I cannot describe how these communications have deteriorated our lives, and they have sold us lies that we can't see at all. I am perfectly honest when I say that it's so much better to talk to a person in real life, to sit down, talk, exchange, and share thoughts.
